We strive to maintain a beautiful and welcoming spa. Please help us by abiding to our spa policies.


Appointments

  • We have a limited amount of seating during each of our halotherapy rooms and are by appointment only.

  • All sessions are 45 minutes long, unless otherwise noted.

Cancelation

  • In order to ensure every client has the opportunity to schedule appointments with enough notice, we do implement a strict 6 hour cancellation policy. Any cancelation within 6 hours of the session or no show will result in the cost of a full session billed to your account. You are granted one (1) free cancelation pass (within 6 hours of session start time) to use at your discretion, because we do understand that life happens.

  • Package Clients - any cancelation or no show within 6 hours of the session will result in the session being deducted from your account.

  • Membership Clients - any cancelation or no show within 6 hours of the session will result in a $20 charge billed to your account/credit card on file.

  • Clients who arrive after the session begins are welcome to join the next available session during the same day.

Mannerisms

  • We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your session begins to allow yourself enough time to get checked in, put your things away, and get settled in the salt room.

  • Arrive free of perfumes, dyes, odors, or fragrances of any kind. Salt rooms are very pure and hold scents for an extensive amount of time.

  • Speak softly in the entire spa at all times, as other sessions are usually in progress.

  • Be kind to all clients and respect the energy in the salt room.

  • During your session, we suggest that you take some nice deep breaths while you listen to spa music, meditate, read, or take a nap.

  • If you are prone to excessive coughing and/or snoring, we will ask you to book a private room to ensure a peaceful session for all clients.

  • Please understand that you may hear a symphony of sounds throughout the spa during your session. Feel free to bring headphones or ask one of our spa assistants for ear plugs (for an additional charge)

  • We offer complimentary keyed lockers to store all your belongings.

Policies

  • All memberships & packages are per person and cannot be shared. No exceptions. (Packages can be transferred in their entirety to another client one time)

  • Silence your cell phone before entering the spa. We ask that you do not take phone calls inside the spa, at anytime. (If there is an emergency, please speak to one of our spa assistants.)

  • Clean socks are required to walk into the salt rooms. We have socks available for purchase if you forget yours.

  • We close the salt room door at the exact session time and will not be re-opened until the session has completed. Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to get checked in and settled.

  • We implement a strict silence in the group salt room at all times policy, unless you are renting out the entire room

  • We ask that you do not leave the salt room while the session is in progress, unless there is an emergency.

  • We do not allow any beverages or food in any of the salt rooms. Complimentary water will be provided after each session.

  • Salt is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
